1.- The buyer shall have a period of up to fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to terminate the purchase-sale, without giving any reason, or to file a claim.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, to contracts relating to:

– The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

In this sense, users are informed that this rule shall apply to any type of product and, therefore, withdrawal shall not be applicable.

2.- For the products not exempted according to the previous rules, the buyer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate to Epsilon Ediciones his decision to withdraw from the contract, by means of a communication via e-mail (sent a message) to info@epsilonediciones.es or by means of a written communication addressed to Epsilon’s address. For this purpose, Epsilon Ediciones makes available to buyers a cancellation form to be completed and sent to Epsilon Ediciones through any of the exposed options. Once this communication has been made and received by Epsilon Ediciones, Epsilon Ediciones will acknowledge receipt of the same.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, it will be processed by e-mail to info@epsilonediciones.es.

4.- To make the return, the buyer must send the product without undue delay and in any case, before 14 days have elapsed from the date on which the withdrawal has been communicated. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Returns of orders must be processed to the address of Epsilon Ediciones, at the buyer’s expense.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall extinguish the obligations of the parties to perform the contract.

6.- Epsilon Ediciones will reimburse any payment received from the buyer, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.

Epsilon Ediciones reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods, or until the consumer and user has provided proof of return of the goods.
